1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and cricexs ("cricexs", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the cricexs website located at https://cricexs.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any onboarding screen, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with any policies incorporated by reference — including the cricexs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Promotions page.
cricexs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use cricexs, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. No exceptions are made regardless of the age of majority in any jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cool-off period, or voluntary account closure on cricexs or any affiliated platform.
- You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by cricexs for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

- You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently experiencing, a gambling addiction that has been formally identified by a healthcare professional.
Age Verification
cricexs employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification documents at any point during your relationship with cricexs — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.
During the period in which KYC verification is pending, cricexs reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals from your account. Deposits may continue subject to platform limits during this period. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period remain subject to forfeiture if verification subsequently fails.
If cricexs determines that any player is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during subsequent activity, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible, and all winnings will be forfeited. cricexs may also report the matter to relevant authorities.
3. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
To access the full suite of cricexs services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on cricexs at any given time. If you already hold an active account and attempt to register a second one — whether under the same or a different identity — both accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Balances and bonuses from duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture in full.
Username and Password
You are solely responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access credentials with any other person. cricexs will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
If you suspect that any third party has gained or may gain access to your account, you must notify cricexs immediately via the 24/7 live chat service or by emailing [email protected]. Until such notification is received, cricexs shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account activity.
Account Updates
It is your responsibility to keep all registration information accurate and up to date. Any change of address, mobile number, email address, or payment method must be updated promptly in your account settings or communicated to our support team. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays to withdrawals or suspension of account access pending re-verification.
Two-Factor Authentication
cricexs offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to provide an additional layer of security for your account and balance. cricexs will not be held responsible for security breaches on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated by the player.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
cricexs accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change. The current list of active methods is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at all times.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. cricexs does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges for which cricexs bears no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including shared mobile banking wallets — may be refused, returned to the source, or held pending investigation. cricexs reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used on the Platform.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name on your account profile. cricexs does not transfer funds to bank accounts, mobile wallets, or any financial instrument that is not registered in the account holder's verified name.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions once the withdrawal has been approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not submit withdrawal requests.
cricexs reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are associated with unusual betting patterns, or are submitted shortly after a large deposit without significant play activity. Such reviews are standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures and do not imply any allegation against the player.
Currency
All transactions on the cricexs Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied. All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and transaction records are displayed exclusively in BDT.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Conditions
cricexs offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement when a player opts in to any such promotion.
A player may only claim each one-time welcome bonus once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and potential permanent account closure.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (for example, 20x or 30x the bonus amount) is stated on each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully completed, bonus balances are held separately from real-money balances and are not available for withdrawal.

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, as specified per promotion. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be removed from your account without notice. The expiry clock cannot be paused.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
cricexs employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Patterns that may indicate abuse include, but are not limited to: low-variance gameplay designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and the use of betting strategies that exploit promotional structures. Where abuse is confirmed, cricexs reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and close the account permanently.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cricexs Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the conduct described below will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be subject to legal action:
- Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated clicking tools, or any other software designed to simulate human play or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, share hole-card information, or otherwise engage in cooperative cheating.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds of criminal origin, make fraudulent deposits or chargebacks, or use stolen payment credentials. cricexs cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of financial crime.
- Underage gambling: Registering or permitting a person under 18 years of age to use your account or create their own account on the Platform.

- Multiple accounts: Maintaining more than one registered account simultaneously, or creating new accounts after a previous account has been closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, incorrect odds caused by system glitches, or any other technical malfunction to place wagers that would not otherwise be available. cricexs reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or harassing language toward cricexs staff members or other users through any communication channel on the Platform.
- Unauthorised commercial use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of cricexs, including operating affiliate schemes, reselling account access, or marketing to other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the cricexs Platform — including but not limited to the cricexs brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, images, text, software, game interfaces, audio, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of cricexs or is licensed to cricexs by its respective third-party owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricexs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, and any other intangible losses.
cricexs makes no warranty — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious code. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service. cricexs will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, including losses from wagers placed immediately before or after a maintenance window.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to system malfunction, software bugs, or data-feed errors — cricexs reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled in your favour. Payouts made in error will be reclaimed from your account balance.
Nothing in this clause limits cricexs's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9. Account Closure & Termination
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your cricexs account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus play that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will not be refunded.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to apply for a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure. Termination by cricexs
cricexs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame after being requested to do so.
- Identification of the account holder as a minor or as a politically exposed person (PEP) without prior disclosure.
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the account holder's payment provider.
- Sustained use of abusive language toward cricexs staff.
In the event of termination for cause, cricexs reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, net real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the full balance may be forfeited.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the cricexs Platform, you are encouraged to contact our 24/7 customer support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt. Complex complaints may require up to 14 calendar days for full investigation and resolution.
When submitting a dispute, please provide your registered account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the amount in BDT involved, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting evidence such as transaction screenshots is welcome and may expedite resolution.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the cricexs Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cricexs with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Waiver
No failure or delay by cricexs in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
